Anyway this morning i felt a bit disappointed. 

coz even though last year i did always go down from main services messages i realized its not really right. 

i mean firstly its like our goal number one somemore is to become closer to God. 

thats a good goal honestly. but i feel if u want to become closer to God its abt listening to the word of God. 

I know all of u go for the worship ( talking for those who goes for first service ). i mean thats good lah. thats very good actually.

But i realize last year i keep going down coz i find main service message like most of the time just not for me or its so boring. honestly sometimes i still fee; the same. which i think its natural. 

but its like... we go for worship because we enjoy praising God and feel God's presence and etc. but we dun stay for the word of God. 

Sounds a bit akward now right? 

Well once in a while we should ask ourselves.. what are we going to church for? ur friends ?? just to enjoy worship then later go down and do work? or are u there for God. and u give him ur best in not only singing but listening. 

I understand for alot of us its gonna be a busy year.. sec 3s and sec 4s. then sec 2 streaming. i understand lah.

But i think there's a time for everything. and thats even not to do work. 

Somemore today's message was titled the posture of a wartime soldier. i thought it was a really good topic for us to listen to since we are soldiers for Him. 

sometimes all we need to do is simply stop talking and just listen. 

it sounds weird coming from me because i seem ot have the history of posting alot of these things and talking alot instead of listening. 

but God changed me last year. so i really hope we all listen together as SFH. :)
